Complex Case Manager

Location: Staines Hybrid Working: 3 office days (including Tuesdays & Thursdays), 2 days from home. DBS Level: Basic About the Role We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Complex Case Manager to join our Repairs Resolution team. In this role, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload of complex repairs issues, including complaint cases and complex cases involving a number of teams and vulnerable customers.
