Our client is a leading support services organisation, with a long term 35-year PFI contract, providing construction & facilities management services, across a complex range of commercial & industrial defence asset in Wiltshire & Hampshire. Your Role Lead the commercial delivery of a range of capital projects from pre-construction through to agreement of final accounts. Undertake site visits and surveys to support preparation of schedules, specifications and scopes of work.
