Our client is a leading support services organisation, with a long term 35-year PFI contract, providing construction & facilities management services, across a complex range of commercial & industrial defence asset in Wiltshire & Hampshire. Your Role Manage a portfolio of lifecycle projects from inception (RIBA 0) through to the start of delivery (RIBA 5), balancing technical requirements, programme objectives, commercial priorities and stakeholder expectations.
