We are seeking a confident care home leader with a strong track record in elderly care to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a small to medium-sized service, ensuring high standards of care and supporting the continued development of the home. The service is stable, has excellent staff retention and was rated Good at its most recent CQC inspection.
