Inclusion Learning Mentor

Inclusion Learning Mentor February 2027 South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint calm, committed and resilient Inclusion Learning Mentors to join our Pastoral and Inclusion team at Spalding Academy . This is an exciting new role designed to strengthen our provision for students who are experiencing barriers to learning, including behaviour, attendance and emotional needs. You will be primarily based in our Inclusion Room, providing administrative support and working with students who are temporarily out of lessons.
