Job Title: BMS / Smart Building Systems Commissioning Manager Location: Central London Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 Tired of advising on smart buildings you never get to see through? Most smart buildings specialists either write the spec and walk away, or deliver someone else's design. In this role, you'd do the whole job: scope the packages, tender them, manage the specialist contractors, and be on site when the systems go live. You'd also build the capability from scratch, so the strategy, the standards and the way of working would be yours.
