Job Title: Partnerships Lead Location: Liverpool / Hybrid (up to 3 days per week onsite.) Contract Duration : 31/3/27 Daily Rate: £650/day (Umbrella) IR35 Status : Inside IR35 The Role: As the Partnerships Lead, you will support the Grade 6 Policy & Partnerships Manager in leading the design, development, and testing of the LAMP framework. You will act as the principal bridge between the programme, Mayoral Combined Authorities (MCAs), and central government departments, embedding collaborative estate planning across strategic authorities.
