Full Time Role

£13.45/hr - £13.75/hr - Sleep-ins paid at £57 per night where applicable

Days are 8am to 8:30pm and Nights are 8pm to 8:30am. However this could also be subject to change depending on the needs of the individuals moving into the service as it grows.

Full UK Driving Licence – Essential

All you really need to fit in here is a desire to make a difference…… and a driving licence!!

Working for one of Wales’s leading providers of specialist services for adults with complex needs, often associated with autism. We support adults in our community homes.  Our priority is to improve and maintain the quality of life for the adults in our care.  This home has 5 service users, some who have challenging behaviours.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• 6 Months minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Ideal).
• Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence – Essential. You are required to support individuals with community access, appointments, and daily activities (in their vehicles).
