Support Worker – Complex Needs | Huddersfield £14.50 per hour | Permanent | 36–48 hours per week RTC Resources is seeking experienced Support Workers for permanent roles with a specialist care provider in Huddersfield. You will provide consistent, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. Working within an enhanced staffing model, which may include 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 support, you will help maintain a safe and supportive environment.
