Support Worker – Complex Needs | Wigan £14.50 per hour | Permanent | 36–48 hours per week RTC Resources is recruiting experienced Support Workers on behalf of a specialist care provider in Wigan. You will support individuals with complex needs, helping them manage distress, participate in meaningful activities and maintain their independence. The role includes supporting behaviours that challenge within a coordinated team, with staffing arrangements that may include 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 support.
