Support Worker – Complex Needs | Sheffield £14.50 per hour | Permanent | 36–48 hours per week RTC Resources is seeking experienced Support Workers for permanent opportunities with a specialist care provider in Sheffield. You will support individuals who need a structured, consistent approach to care, including people experiencing significant distress and behaviours that challenge. Staffing arrangements may include 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 support.
