Support Worker – Complex Needs | Birmingham £14.50 per hour | Permanent | 36–48 hours per week Are you an experienced Support Worker who can remain calm under pressure and provide consistent, compassionate care? RTC Resources is recruiting on behalf of a specialist care provider in Birmingham. You will support individuals with complex needs, emotional regulation difficulties and behaviours that challenge, working within an enhanced staffing team that may include 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 support.
