Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data models, business rules, workflows, and Foundation/MDF objects. Proven experience in BIB-based replication, configuring mappings between EC and SAP ECC Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, including configuring standard iFlows, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations. Expertise in Compound Employee API, OData APIs, and web services for EC-SAP HR data synchronization.
