Support Worker – Complex Needs | Newcastle £14.50 per hour | Permanent | 36–48 hours per week RTC Resources is recruiting experienced Support Workers on behalf of a specialist care provider in Newcastle. This role involves supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. You will work within a coordinated team, which may include 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 staffing, helping people feel safe, build positive relationships and participate in everyday life.
