Application Duty Technician - Level 2/3 Support Location: Hursley - on-site five days per week Start date: ASAP Requirement: Five years' continuous UK residency The Opportunity Support a one-of-a-kind National Critical Infrastructure system on a government project, working closely with the client, third-party suppliers and IBM delivery teams. As an Application Duty Technician, you will provide Level 2/3 application support within a live-service environment, helping maintain a 99.99% service-level agreement.
