Clinical Lead - Hybrid working - Lancashire - Custody

What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who have: Current NMC registration as an Adult Registered Nurse or HCPC registration as a Paramedic. At least five years' post-registration clinical experience, or significant relevant management experience. Experience in emergency, urgent care, secure healthcare or another assessment-based setting. Proven experience leading clinical teams, managing performance and supporting staff development. Strong clinical decision-making, communication and organisational skills.
