Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities)

Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of a client, an established care provider, who are looking for a Registered Manager for a small residential home that supports adults who have learning disabilities. The Role: As the CQC Registrered Manager you will be accountable for for everything that happens that happens in the home, including: Lead, develop and stretch a small staff team — recruitment, induction, supervision, competency assessment and appraisal.
