Lift & Escalator Operations Administrator

Health, Safety & Operational Assurance Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies, statutory regulations, CDM requirements and permit-to-work procedures. Support in reviewing contractor RAMS and support with permit approvals. Maintain operational records relating to LOLER inspections, audits and contractor performance. Support the L&E team with management of the asset register, including updating emergency defects, equipment data, maintenance records.
