Planned Works Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Surveyor to oversee planned maintenance and major works across our social housing portfolio, ensuring properties meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). You will manage planned and major works contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will also ensure compliance with contractual obligations, CDM 2015, health and safety legislation and relevant statutory requirements.
