Associate Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager at Associate level to support building-related projects across the UK. The role requires a proactive, client-facing professional with strong NEC experience and a background in building projects. Healthcare experience would be particularly advantageous. The Role You will contribute to the commercial management of projects, supporting clients and project teams with cost control, contractual matters and commercial performance.
