Tax Associate - 2 to 5 PQE

The Role We are looking for a Tax Associate with 2–5 years' PQE to join a highly regarded Corporate Tax team in Guildford. The team advises a broad range of UK and international businesses on transactional and standalone corporate tax matters, working closely with clients and their wider professional advisers to provide practical and commercially focused advice. This is a varied role offering exposure to corporate transactions, tax structuring, venture capital, share incentive schemes, VAT, international tax and tax disputes.
