Interim Asbestos & Water Hygiene Manager

Key deliverables Lead the operational management and oversight of the asbestos and water hygiene service areas. Ensure compliance with all asbestos and water hygiene statutory and regulatory requirements, including associated guidance and best practice. Maintain oversight of asbestos management surveys, refurbishment and demolition surveys, asbestos reinspection’s and condition assessments. Ensure the asbestos register and management plans are accurate, current, accessible and communicated to relevant staff, contractors and other duty holders.
