Assistant Site Manager

I'm working with a key client of mine, a leading UK house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an ASM for their new build housing scheme in Oxfordshire. The scheme compromises of high volume traditional build units, compromising of houses and flats. As an ASM, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety on site and reporting into the SSM on site. You will be responsible managing all elements of the build, assisting with superstructure and then through to internals.
