Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Commercial Director to take full responsibility for the commercial performance of an established division with an annual turnover of approximately £40 million . This is a senior leadership position, managing a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors , with responsibility for commercial strategy, financial performance, profitability and risk management across the division. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors.
