Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location : Great Bromley, Essex Salary : £51,731–£59,606 plus a performance-related bonus of up to £16,000 Bright Selection is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a children’s residential home supporting young people aged 12–17 who have experienced complex childhood trauma. The home requires a confident and consistent manager who can provide strong leadership, bring stability to the staff team and ensure the service continues delivering safe, therapeutic and child-focused care.
