Technical Leader Production

Personnel Selection are assisting in the recruitment of a practical, confident Technical Leader for a busy engineering manufacturing environment based within Andover Hampshire. Working closely with line management, you will help maximise output and quality by developing people, improving processes and providing technical support where it matters most on the shop floor. This is not a desk-based supervisory position. This is a hands on "roll your sleeves up" role.
