Mechanical Engineer - Rotating Equipment Location: London / Remote Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35) Sector: Power Generation (CCGT) Duration: Approximately 9 months (mix of full-time and part-time) Key Responsibilities Review gas turbine (GT) and steam turbine (ST) design, performance, and arrangement for large CCGT projects (500MW+). Check turbine auxiliary systems and interfaces. Assess vendor performance guarantees. Evaluate turbine bids as part of pre-execution screening. Report findings and recommendations to the client.
