Project Leader – Major High-Rise Residential Development Manchester £95,000–£105,000 plus car allowance An established residential developer is appointing a Project Leader to take full responsibility for the delivery of a major high-rise residential development in Manchester. This is a senior project-lead position with ownership of the whole development rather than an individual package. You will lead the site team and coordinate design, commercial, technical and supply-chain functions through construction, commissioning and handover.
