SC Cleared Business Change / Transformation Consultant - London - Hybrid - Inside IR35 Job Purpose My client seeks to recruit a Business Change / Transformation Consultant to support the delivery of the workstream within a major Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation. The role will work alongside HR, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to support organisation design, workforce transition and consultation activities required to implement the future operating model.
