Transition Support Worker Contract Type : One-year fixed term with the possibility to extend Salary : £28, 875 per annum, all-year round contract About the role We are looking for a Transition Support Worker who will be based at our school in Nottingham City Centre, Sutherland House School. This is an exciting project to support autistic young people and adults across the East Midlands. We currently have a vacant post focusing on supporting young people and adults transition into adulthood to secure meaningful long-term outcomes.
