We are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Carers, Reviews & Hospital Discharge Team working within an integrated mental health setting alongside East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Social Worker or Senior Practitioner who can provide strong professional leadership while supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred mental health social care.
