Despatch Team Leader

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Despatch Team Leader to join a successful FMCG business and play a key role within their Despatch and Operations team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Despatch team, ensuring depot customer orders are fulfilled accurately, in full and on time. You'll oversee team performance against departmental KPIs, ensure stock is picked correctly and in rotation, and make sure all relevant paperwork and systems are completed in line with company procedures.
