Adult Social Care Brokerage Officer Location: Hackney, London Pay rate: £28.65 per hour Contract: 6 months Working arrangement: Hybrid We are seeking an experienced and organised Adult Social Care Brokerage Officer to support the coordination and commissioning of high-quality care services for adults in need of support. Key responsibilities: Source and arrange residential, nursing home, supported living and community care placements. Liaise with social workers, care providers, health professionals and commissioning teams.
