Estate Agent Sales Negotiator You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of £28,000 whilst you are building your sales pipeline (commission) so for the first 6 months of your employment you cannot earn less than this. Applications are also now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car.
