Early Careers Co-Ordinator

Our client has an opportunity for an Early Careers Coordinator to join them on a 12-month contract. The Early Careers Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for early career apprentices, ensuring seamless transitions into the organisation. This role supports the wider Early Careers strategy by providing administrative, operational, and logistical support, including stakeholder management, event coordination, and maintenance of essential reporting and documentation.
