Director, Building Surveying (Projects)

A successful London property consultancy is looking for a commercially astute Director to lead a pod of 5-6 people within their projects team. The work is predominantly landlord-oriented: office refurbishments up to £15m, recarbonisation projects, large facade remediation, PV installations and working alongside property management teams on high-quality commercial buildings. This is not just a project delivery role.
