Part Time Income Recovery Co-ordinator (Perm: East London)

Adecco is delighted to be assisting one of our smallest public sector clients as they look to hire a proactive and tenant-focused Income Co-ordinator on a part time basis (3 days/21 hours each week), paying £22k per annum (the full time full time equivalent would be £36,666.67) to support effective rent collection, arrears recovery and tenancy sustainment. Based in East London, the successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis and cover just 328 properties within the borough.
