Revenues Officer

Experienced Council Tax billing officers required for a 3 month contract for a fully remote role. The main duties will be to complete changes of address (move in/out and within, open and close accounts). Award discounts, exemptions, general enquiries and direct debit applications submitted by customers via the council website. It is essential that candidates have NEC software experience whilst Civica Dips system experience is desirable.
