Major Works & Dispute Resolution Officer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Major Works & Dispute Resolution Officer to support a busy Home Ownership service. The role will focus on managing statutory Section 20 consultations, recovering major works charges and resolving leaseholder disputes, ensuring compliance with leasehold legislation. The Role ·Manage statutory Section 20 consultations for major works, ensuring full legislative compliance. ·Prepare and issue Notices of Intention and Notices of Estimates within statutory deadlines.
