Registered Manager

A medium sized care home is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to come in and take ownership of a service in the Leighton Buzzard area, you will have a firm but fair approach, that’s confident leading a team and setting a new culture. You will be competent managing audits, compliance, systems and staff. CQC will be back in the next 5 months so this represents a great opportunity and challenge for the right candidate to put their name to an improved service.
