Customer Service Italian & Spanish

Our client based in Watford is seeking a Multillingual Customer Service representative with the following languages to join their growing team. Italian with Spanish Italian with an additional EU language (French, Spanish, German, Polish, Dutch or Hebrew) Provide a professional and responsive service, managing customer enquiries via phone and email. Manage customer orders throughout the Order-to-Cash process, from order entry to billing and delivery. Prepare quotations, pre-payment documentation, and maintain accurate customer records.
