Deputy Manager - Supported Living

Ready for your next step in social care? We’re looking for a Deputy Manager who can bring experience, initiative and a genuine passion for helping young people build a bright future. You’ll be joining a growing supported accommodation service providing homes for young people aged 16–18 across Bognor Regis and Worthing. Working closely with the Manager, you’ll help oversee three homes, support the staff team and make sure young people receive consistent, high-quality support.
