OCS are currently recruiting for a specialist RC Frame & Groundworks subcontractor that is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a major Data Centre project in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior QS / Quantity Surveyor who is looking for genuine responsibility, international project experience and the opportunity to take ownership of a major package from a commercial perspective.
