Outreach Support Worker

Are you someone who’s compassionate, proactive, and loves helping others build confidence and independence? Do you enjoy being out and about, meeting people, and making a real difference in your community? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a part-time Outreach Support Worker to join the team, supporting vulnerable individuals across Basildon - so a full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential. You’ll be helping people overcome challenges related to mental health, physical health, and employment.
