JOB DESCRIPTION About the role The Guinness Partnership is seeking Planned Works Co‑ordinators to join our team in Oldham on a full‑time, permanent basis to efficiently manage HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) cases. We operate a hybrid working style, where you spend 3 days per week working in the office and 2 days working from home. What we are looking for We are looking for someone to support the Planned Works team, ensuring residents remain informed and that all legal, regulatory, and safety standards are met.
