Block Property Manager – Birmingham Total remuneration package: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE This is an opportunity for an experienced property management professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, taking ownership of their portfolio and delivering a high standard of service to residents and leaseholders. The role Manage the day-to-day running of a portfolio of residential blocks and estates. Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents, freeholders and RMC directors.
