Quantity Surveyor

Carmichael are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team working on the London Power Tunnels project. Preparation of internal Cost/Value Reports on a monthly basis and any other reports which may be required. • Month end review of key Procurement performance metrics • Preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment monthly with full supporting documentation in an efficient and timely manner and in accordance with the contract. • Preparation of Cost Reports to the Client monthly with full supporting documentation.
