Rugby / Home Based / Site Visits £48,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits A leading UK property investment company is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 25-30 healthcare properties across the Midlands, East Anglia and Home Counties. This is a client-side Facilities Management role offering a high level of autonomy. You will manage your own regional portfolio, oversee external FM contractors, monitor compliance and build strong relationships with occupiers and internal property teams.
