Team manager - Homelessness

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Sunday. You will work three waking night shifts (10-hour shifts) and one day shift (9AM - 5PM/10AM - 6PM) per week.Temporary cover is required until the end of March 2027. In this position, you will be expected to; - Lead the mobilisation and day-to-day operation of the Cold Weather Shelter, ensuring staffing, systems and operational arrangements enable a safe and effective response throughout the winter period.
