Housing Options Advisor - North Northamptonshire Council Ongoing contract Location: NN15 7QX Working Pattern: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home Rate: £25-28 ph Umbrella Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, providing advice, triage and assessment services. Manage a caseload of homelessness prevention and relief cases in accordance with relevant legislation, statutory guidance and council policies.
